MARCUS PERRY is an award-winning director with over a decade of experience telling stories for major motion picture studios, television networks, and international brands. With an approach that is dynamic and boldly cinematic, all of his work is loaded with fun. Former VP of Global Creative Content for Paramount Pictures, he’s enjoyed great success directing spots across all genres with celebrity talent that includes Dwayne Johnson, Will Ferrell, Kate McKinnon, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Wahlberg, John Cena, Eddie Murphy, Hailee Steinfeld, some Ninja Turtles and a real diva of a Transformer. His work has been showcased in People Magazine, AD Week and Entertainment Weekly, featured on Good Morning America, and aired during the Super Bowl. In addition to directing, Marcus has written feature films for The Weinstein Company, Hollywood Media Bridge and Distilled Media. He is also the writer of the Image Comics series "Descendant," and "Albert Einstein: Time Mason" for Action Lab Entertainment. Marcus grew up watching way too many action movies, igniting his passion for character-driven stories that have a blockbuster feel. His work has racked up over a billion online impressions, and his clients include Paramount Pictures, Doritos, Planters, Marvel Studios, Hulu, Warner Brothers, Amazon, Sony, ESPN, Dreamworks Animation, Zappos, McDonald's and NBC Universal. A Texas native and USC grad, he’s now Californian by default.
